surprisingly pleasant stay

updated rooms helpful staff convenient parking efficient air conditioning

i found the rooms to be updated. the staff seemed knowledgeable and offered helpful assistance. the parking was attached to the hotel, a convenient feature. complimentary tea and coffee in the room was welcome, and the air conditioning worked efficiently.

My standard king room had plenty of usb ports. A lamp included an adapter for any plug type. the shower was spacious. there were hand soap, face cream, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available.

noisy cooling system elevator slowness

The location was useful. It allowed simple access to several attractions downtown.

The room was not up to par.. The cooling system made odd noises throughout the night. I found the breakfast selection very limited, offering few choices beyond basic carbs. The elevator was slow.

A Grateful Guest Experience

attentive staff good breakfast

I was pleased with the attentiveness of the staff . Alisha at check-in was very helpful and Ron and Uzair were also helpful. Breakfast was substantial and gave me a good start each day. The location was central to the major sports venues.

I found the room was small, and the air conditioning unit was loud. it was right next to one of the beds. I unplugged the air conditioning because it was not easy to regulate. There also seemed to be noise from the street.

EXCELLENT Experience Downtown!

friendly staff super clean condition hot options immense convenience

The staff was friendly. I appreciated the super clean condition of my room upon arrival. Breakfast was a real highlight (the hot options were amazing!). The on-site parking added immense convenience for exploring the area.

The gym equipment felt just a little bit dated.
